This position requires a skilled individual who has experience in automotive repair. The Shop Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to repairing parts, soldering/welding, performing heavy lifting, and utilizing hand tools. Attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive body repair setting is preferred.

Duties
- Perform a variety of duties related to automotive repair and maintenance.
- Fabricate and repair automotive parts as needed.
- Assist with auto estimating and providing cost estimates for repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Solder and weld as necessary for repairs.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Assist with auto body repair tasks as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repair tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
- Ability to repair automotive parts using various tools and techniques.
- Proficient in auto estimating and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs.
- Ability to solder and weld as necessary for repairs.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor on a regular basis.
- Attention to detail to ensure precise and high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with auto body repair tasks is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
